Just short of a day of my latest post, Tan Sri Rafidah Aziz announced that she will not pass the post (assuming she wins) to Datuk Kamilia Ibrahim. Frankly, it is fair enough as Datuk Kamilia Ibrahim is slightly disadvantaged of being inexperienced.
I suppose now, since Tan Sri Rafidah has the higher nomination compared to Datuk Shahrizat, does this definitely mean that she is more popular? Will she definitely win? I have no clue... Anything is fair and game in politics.
I will talk further about this... I need to study Upper GI bleed now! Hahaha... My exams is 25 hours away!!! Pray for me and wish me luck!!!

A Women Wing - UMNO's story
Friday, November 21, 2008
Tan Sri Rafidah binti Abdul Aziz - I will defend the post of head of Wanita! My question is, for how long mam?
See, Rafidah announced that she is gonna hand down the post to her deputy (Shahrizat) in June. Now that Shahrizat is going to contest against her, the deputy post for Wanita UMNO is won unopposed by Dato Kamillia Ibrahim. So, if Rafidah wins, her deputy will no longer be Shahrizat... Will she (Rafidah) still keep her word to hand down the post in June?
Funny thing is, why must Rafidah announce that she is going to hand down the post to begin with? Simple answer... By doing so, she has ensured that she would be the leader of Wanita UMNO unopposed. Until June???
Well, in my opinion... I think that this is a good thing. Competition only ensures that we get the best of leaders. And really, I doubt very much that the Wanita UMNO will be weaken by this fact. If Tan Sri Rafidah wins, than it is fair and well... She proves that she is loved by the people. If not, it simply means that the branch of UMNO is going to enjoy a new breeze of fresh air.
The UMNO general election meeting is getting more and more interesting by the day!!! I am indeed content in anticipation for this coming March!
I wish I could further and elaborate more... I HAVE AN EXAM ON MONDAY! So I think, that will do for now. =)

The Calculator
Thursday, November 13, 2008
I am one of many that owns a calculator. The most useful tool that we take for granted. try multiply 257 with 39. Im sure not many can do it in 5 sec.
Reason why I wrote this article is to tell the whole world that I appreciate my calculator!! Haha... I just finished the PMCSA accounts. My head is spinning... Thanks to my calculator, the vertigo is very much subtle.

Change Change Change
Monday, November 10, 2008
Barack Obama, at 47 years of age he held such an astonishing and impressive résumé. This junior senator of Illinois brings about the theme "CHANGE" since the start of his presidential campaign more than a year ago. John McCain was not what I call a fair fight. In fact, I would say Hillary Clinton stand a higher chance. Nonetheless, Mr Obama is indeed the first black President of USA and everyone around the world is content.
So, what is this Harvard Graduate with this tremendous talk of change going to do? Education, Health care, War and the care for soldiers, Public accountability of federal Funds... Economical Downturn? These big words were used time and time again, I truly hope it is to avail. Question is, what is he going to begin with? In my opinion, firstly, he has to work on the crap that President Bush Jr has done over the past 8 years. Mind you, that itself is a challenge. Then, somehow, he has to make America (the bankrupt country) an economical power yet again. With all the debts and economical downfall USA is embracing; I doubt that change would be afoot anytime soon.
What about the so-called “War on Terror”? Is he going to declare it as total rubbish and finally put it to a stop? USA is killing so many people (innocent lives) not just during the war but also post war where the country is in ruins and there is literally no food. Death by war is one thing, death by hunger, disease and thirst is another. I truly hope, that he would continue with the rebuilding of Iraq civilisation back to its former glory. USA owe them that much.
Therefore, Mr Obama, you have your work cut out for you. Let us see how you bring “Change”. I truly hope Change for the better is in your mind. Good luck and Congratulations in winning the President. I am sure you need all the luck you can get. All eyes are on you...

The triangle of Deputy Battle
Sunday, November 9, 2008
Surprise... surprise, Tan Sri Mat Taib won the nomination for Deputy President of UMNO and is invited into the race. It is not very shocking that our new UMNO president is Dato Seri Najib Tun Razak, but what is gonna be very interesting is to see who is gonna be the next Deputy President (ie Deputy Prime Minister). I am putting my money on Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, just because of his contributions to the Malay & Malaysian alike and not to mention he has the highest nomination (ie popularity). But hey, anything goes really I suppose. I just can’t wait until March!!!
It would be a time for change... I hope with this change in the managerial of UMNO, things will shine again. Racial issues, corruption, judiciary reform and the great financial crisis are mere tip of the iceberg of problems, our upcoming leaders have to face. I’m sure with these main problems, new ones will arise. So let us just hope for the best and pray that our pioneers make the right choices.
I am indeed excited to witness the change in power yet again. Malaysia is nearing day by day to a country of political maturity... I have seen what Tun Mahathir & Dato Seri Abdullah Badawi has done and now, all eyes turn to Dato Seri Najib Tun Razak.
Good luck to all... And let the race begins!!!

Letting go... because of LOVE
Saturday, November 8, 2008
As I started to picture the trees in the storm, the answer began to dawn on me. The trees in the storm don't try to stand up straight and tall and erect. They allow themselves to bend and be blown with the wind. They understand the power of letting go. Those trees and those branches that try too hard to stand up strong and straight are the ones that break. Now is not the time for you to be strong, Julia, or you, too, will break.
-- Julia Butterfly Hill
Today is so windy, this quote came to mind
I have to let go... To live life again
Its high time, its just painful
Yet time to change and pick up the pieces
Time to accept the truth
Take one day at a time
Time to let go...
Although my life was perfect with u
I take you for granted
I used you like with no appreciation
But know that I love you
I cant live without you
You need time to heal
You need time to enjoy others
I get it... I have to let go...
Oh my Cineworld Unlimited...
I have to let you go for now
I will return, I will not forget you
You will always be in my heart

Do you not know that Allah has full power over everything? Do you not know that the sovereignty of the heavens and the earth belongs to Allah alone and that you have neither any protector nor helper beside Him? (last part of 2:106 & 2:107)
